Le CI\u00c9F d\u00e9cerne \u00e0 chaque Congr\u00e8s le Prix du Conseil International d’\u00c9tudes Francophones<\/strong>, autrefois nomm\u00e9 Certificat d’honneur Maurice Cagnon<\/strong> en hommage \u00e0 Maurice Cagnon, fondateur du CI\u00c9F en 1987.<\/h4>\n
